Rodobens Institute

Created in 2003, Rodobens Institute aims to support the professional development of Rodobens’ employees across the country by encouraging the academic education with the provision of scholarship.

Currently it has 60 active fellows and a history of more than 220 employees who already benefit from this educational support. With this, the Institute ensures the perpetuation of the activities of Rodobens, in addition to training of leaderships committing to the economic development of Brazil.

In order to further education and training of its internal talent, in 2007 we created the Rodobens Library Institute, which has a varied and updated collection covering various areas of human knowledge. With national coverage, it serves all employees of Rodobens, through its Intranet portal.

In that same year, 2007, Rodobens Institute had expanded its scope of operation. In addition to support and encourage training of people, because of its initial creation, it was also committed to stimulate, motivate and support environmental actions implemented from the initiative of Rodobens, with project support and encouragement to volunteer work.

According to the president of Rodobens Companies Concil and Rodobens Institute Board of Trustees, Waldemar de Oliveira Verdi, the mission and values of the Rodobens Institute perfectly reflect the expected results of their efforts: “All of us - Brazilians - have a bounden duty to work for Brazil to have a fairer each day and with opportunities for all our children”.
