History
The trajectory of one of the largest business organizations in Brazil began in São José do Rio Preto, in São Paulo in 1949, from a truck and buses dealership and the entrepreneurship of its founder, Waldemar de Oliveira Verdi.
In the automotive sector – on which began and grew - the Group has the largest network of dealerships of Mercedes-Benz in Brazil, the largest network of Toyota dealerships, as well as leadership in the distribution of Michelin truck tires.
In real estate - which began in 1983 - the company acts with Rodobens Real Estate, the 10th largest builder in the country. It prioritizes the development of cities with population over 100,000 inhabitants. In 2007 when opening the capital of Rodobens Real Estate, the Group makes an important step in development of its operations in this sector.
In 2010 Rodobens Business and Solutions was created, with the aim of bringing automotive business and financial solutions. Thus, areas of Rodobens Cars, Rodobens Trucks, Rodobens Consortium, Rodobens Trucks, Rodobens Leasing and Rental, Rodobens Bank, Rodobens Consortium and Rodobens Insurance Broker become to work with greater synergy, in order to promote faster growth.
